No Internet Connection - Unable to login to Plus account through app
[ New ]I've searched the boards for an answer and failed...
I am unable to login to GoPro account/Plus through the app. I get the error "No Internet Connection. You can't use this feature offline. Check your connection and try again."
This message appears using both wi-fi and data with camera off or on. I have erased and reinstalled the app. I have cleared app cache. In the app settings, "Background data" is enabled. I have an HTC M10.
Frustrating...When deleting app I deleted pics that I thought were saved in phone. Lesson learned.

Please see if you are able to sign in via gopro.com
On your phone, make sure that internet access is allowed on the app.
Also, please test if the same happens when using a different phone.

1. Yes, I am able to sign-in via gopro.com
2. To the best of my knowledge, internet access is allowed in the app (I don't see a setting specific to internet access)
3. Difficult as my second cell phone is not compatible with the app
