No .360 files on SD card? [ New ]

Hi all,

I took quite a few videos on my gopro max, but when I look at the file folder on my computer, I see that there are only .mp4, .LRV, and .THM files on the SD card. There are no .360 files on the SD card. This is not helpful, as I can't view or edit my videos in 360 on my computer as a result. Any idea why that is and how to fix it?

Hello, @spirycreek8638. Are you able to see the 360 files on your camera? Which SD card are you using? The information on the brand, type, and capacity will be helpful.
