New to go pro already have problems [ New ]

Just bought a go pro 8 for some reason I can’t download my videos I keep getting an error also when I try to view a video on my go pro it freezes. Yes it’s up to date and I have a 128gb sandisk ultra plus

Please see the previous response where you posted this issue elsewhere.  You are using an unsupported SD card with your camera.
