I plugged in my hero 5 after using it yesterday, I downloaded all the content without any issues and noticed that there was a firmware update available. followed the updated process and was given an error message at 66%. Unplugged from my Mac and tried again but the Hero 5 is dead. I’ve followed all the help topics and changed the battery etc. nothing seems to work. No lights, sounds even followed the updated by SD card.
Any advice as chat is "closed"?
