Hi, I just bought my new GoPro 7 Black last week (my first GoPro). But now it doesn't work properly anymore. Once I turn off it (still has 70% power), but when I back home at night, I can't turn it on anymore becasue its power had all gone out, I had not touch it before I back to home. BUT worst when I fully rechagred it, it seems very delay, need wait at least 10s to next action !
Last night when I try to test it again, when power on it just shown me black screen with few white light spots (see attached picture) and NO any reaction until I unplug the battery and replug it in. Very disappointed with this experience !

This is not the kind of experience we want you to have as a GoPro customer.
Let's try yo isolate where the trouble is.
- Please test the camera without the SD card, see if it behaves the same.
- Remove the battery then connect the camera directly to a wall charger. Turn the camera on. Does the issue still exist?
If it does, you may either refer to the same store/channel or contact our Support Team to move forward with this concern.
