New Go Pro Hero 5 Session Freezing & Not recording AT ALL

I bought a GoPro Hero 5 Session 3 days ago. I tried to record a sample video with an old micro sd card, no success even with the lowest resolution, but I tought it's because of the old microsd. I bought a new 'SanDisk Extreme PRO SDXC 64GB Class 10 UHS-I U3 V30', the problem is there. I formatted the sd card both in my GoPro Session and after several format I formatted with my PC. Without any result. I upgraded the FW from the official site, manually copied to the sd card but nothing changed: when I press the record button it turns on, sometimes with the timer  (00:00:00 or just a 0) but thats all. Then I cant turn it off, only if I hold the menu button for 10 sec. Like wtf, it won't work with a 50$ micro sd?! The GoPro app isnt working aswell. The GoPro can connect to the app, but I cant see the preview on my iphone6. It worked for 5min, but after it the screen went black. Tried reinstalling the app, tried new connection, nothing solved it.

 

Dear GoPro team, I'm very-very dissapointed.

I have to say that I'm amazed by the quality of the GoPro support. Great service. I managed to find a solution for my problem (even if its a replace of the product) and they even gave me a gift. Nice gesture. I'll update the post, after I receive the new Session, but till, high five for the  team. ;)
