GoPro has a 30 day return policy and once 30 days goes by  it is  warranty only. so I would use the return. but we all do things different;y.

 

FUll format the card takes 30 minutes on a 64. an hour on a 128gb, donot know how Ask?  then likesaid factory reset the camera, then  flash fw 1.8 to fix all issues.  and let us know..

 

 without the card in test the camera  see if any issues occure. then the card
