Never recieved the new Hero 9[ New ]
we ordered the new camera on 17 september and were promised that it would take 2 to 3 days to recieve the order. While the camera is fully paid for, we are yet to recieve it. We tried to comunicate with UPS but it wasn’t successful. First they said that the package was lost, later they insisted they have it and will deliver it next day and now they are in process of “locating the package”. We understand that it’s not primarily your fault but we never recieved the package and yet had paid for it. Therefore we would like to ask you for a quick solution - if it’s possible, please send a new camera and resolve the situation with UPS - or send back the money - including the subscription payment, we have no use to the subscription without the camera.
