screen freezes: "GoPro"
Device won't even turn off, after pushing both buttons for at least 10 secs.
scree goes black for 1 second and again up then wit the start message 'GoPro' and nothing more.

The thing is that I could start it up, after getting it out of the box.
I connected the GoPro with with my mobile (bluetooth-wifi).
Then I got the message that I had to upgrade it.
I tried to do this the manually way (with a good sd card), and from the moment i started that upgrade it went wrong.
I already had contact with customer support they couldn't help me.
I lost my ticket of the shop and paid cash.
So I have nothing I can proof.
If you have any bright ideas, please....

Were you able to update your camera?
Make sure that you are using a recommended SD card.
