My hero7 Black isn t downloading to either Quik or my Ipads iCloud.
Theres no further space on my IPad, hence why I purchased the additional 50gb on ICloud.
Quik just doesn’t take any files of the GoPro. It worked once. Help!

Hello @stoutstoke16526. Do you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed? Which OS is your iPad running on? Are you getting any error message while attempting to import or download your GoPro media? What does the storage information on your iPad's settings show? These will help us isolate the source of the trouble. We hope to hear back from you.

It’s a 16gb, but very nearly full at 15.5gb, hence me purchasing 50gb on ICloud
It was trying to upload to the GoPro cloud, but taking over 4 days to load 1 picture.
It has now on 2 occasions said I need to format my SD card and lose the footage.
I’m seriously considering taking this camera back as it’s not what I expected re ease of loading footage.
Quik worked just the once and now nothing

What SD card are you using?
If you still have the files stored on the SD card, copy the files to your computer first.
Once done, full format the SD card then try again.
For the Plus upload, tt can take quite a while to upload through Quik for Desktop, especially if you are uploading a large number of files to the cloud. For example, the initial sync with the cloud or a large upload could take hours, depending on how much content is being moved. After the first sync, we recommend importing consistently to Quik for Desktop to lessen the wait time.
Let us know how it goes.

I cleared the memory card because I was so fed up waiting for anything to load.
When you say quite a while, do you think 4 days with nothing uploaded is ok!
