Please provide details of what device you're trying to connect to, that will help us come up with a solution. Also provide any error messages that you're getting and what version of the GoPro app you're using.

Try the following steps: Perform a factory reset on the camera. Once it powers back on, remove the battery and wait a few minutes, then reinsert the battery once more and power it back on. Go through the pairing process once more, and the camera will pair just fine.
Please note that you may have to attempt this multiple times.
