My gopro hero6 is splitting my videos in 2

Hi there! I dont know if it's a camera issue or i got a bad set up but when i i'm recording a video longer than 11 minutes whan i sinc my camer with my computer or my mobile phones i see that i have a video 8:44 mins mins and the other one is the rest of my actual video , but if i'm looking in to the camera not through my phone app is justa a video 11 or 12 or whatever minuts i have been recorded, i have tried different resolutions from 4k to 1080 and from 30fps to 120 fps and still doing the same . Can anyone help me with an information please , i would be greatful.
