Hi @megaalp01738

 

Are you still hearing the beeps when powering on/off the camera?

Have you tried checking the camera's volume?

When on the Playback screen, you should see a speaker icon on the upper-right hand side.

You can also try resetting the camera to its factory settings.

Should it still be the same, the next step is to re-flash the software.

No beep when powering on/off the camera..no beep when start/end recording
Already high the volume of the speaker but no playback sound
Already reset also no change
Re-flash you mean downgrade and upgrade the firmware??

Hello, @megaalp01738. Reflash means performing a manual firmware update. The steps under Manual Update here will guide you through the process.

Already did it sir...i manually downgrade the firmware n then manually upgrade it back to latest firmware but nothing changed
