My credit card has been charged but I did not receive an order number.

Hi, I have placed an order trough your website for a new Hero 9 Black and my credit card has been charged. I did not receive an order confirmation though, so I cannot track it or follow it up.

There are no contact methods on the Contact Us page except for this method. That's how I got here. How do I actually contact support?
