My Hero 6 replacement is freezing up. What can I do?
[ New ]Dear Go Pro:
I am a ProPlus Member and recently received a replacement GoPro Hero 6. I have used it several times and it continues to completley freeze. I have tried different memory cards as well as resetting it. No avail. The only way that I can get it to work is to take out the battery, put it back in and then use it for one time. If I pause the recording, it freezes again. I am incredibly frustrated! I searched and read several forums in which other users are experiencing similar issues. I LOVE GoPro but due to this issue I am at a point where I want to ask for my money back. What can we do to fix it?
