My GoPro won't turn on/no red light indicator

My GoPro won't turn on even if I changed the battery with the spare (both fully charged), no red light indicator when charging.

I just wanted to follow up and see if you were able to follow the steps outlined in the HERO4 No Power support article? Was the manual update successful?

@bravejumpuno - Is this a new issue, or has it been going on since the first time you used the GoPro? If it's a new issue, has anything been done with the camera lately, like updating the camera or putting in a new SD card? If so, we can help you with those issues.

Some troubleshooting to try is to run a manual update on the camera. Instructions on how to do this can be found at the bottom of the page at https://gopro.com/update/hero4.

Also, try removing the SD card and seeing if the camera turns on with it out. The SD card can affect how the camera operates, so taking it out can help eliminate that as a cause.

I tried removing the SD card, DL Quik, no progress.
