My GoPro hero 5 is not waterproof [ New ]

I have my GoPro hero 5 for more than 2 year now. I was swimming with the camera and the camera start to bugging. After I left the water I realized that the camera was full of water and didn’t work anymore.
I tried to dry but still not working. How can I solve this? It supposed to be water proof right?!

So long as all camera doors are closed, the HERO5 Black is waterproof down to 10m (33ft) without a housing.

Ok thank you for your reply. I only use to gopro in the superficie and I was broke with water., never happend before. the worst thing was that was the begining of my trip. The i phone case did the job, very fustrated with the go Pro cam. I[m backl and i will call the support tomorrow
