I'm having power on issues with my Hero7 Black as well. Was on holiday and charging it while transfering the media on the app and then it just froze. Can't power on after changing batteries nor with the power cable. It's dead...
I've been trying to contact customer support and it keeps telling me I'm outside of business hours and I'm a Plus member!
I don't know what else I can do...
