My GoPro Hero 5 Session won’t connect to the Capture App

My Go Pro was recently ran over by car but everything works fine, except for that it won’t connect to the go pro capture app. I trued resting the connection and forgetting the device but nothing works. Does anybody know how to fix it?

Try to unpair your camera to your phone. 

 

Remove the Wi-Fi name on your phone or the SSID. 

Remove the Bluetooth Device ID. It normally shows up as GP followed by series of numbers or GoPro and followed by numbers (  GPXXXXXXX or GoProXXXXX )

Reset your camera to factory settings and let us know if that will work. 

 

If not please contact GoPro Customer Support. 

 

They might be able to help.
