My Battery is Stuck (Hero 6) [ New ]

Hi all,

Ive just purchased a new Hero 6 which is nice. Ive tried to change the battery and its stuck. Please can someone help.

Support is not on thissite as you got an answer,  but I will tell you to take something safe to pry the narrow edge some as that will allow  lifting the out hte bat.  I di this all the time and yes H6B is  stubborn.
