Multiple issues that I think are software related

So here's what I've got. My two 3+'s started to act funny about a month ago and it expands to today. One of the camera's would be connected to etiher my IPad or the remote, and if I started to record a video, it would only last about 18-22 seconds and then it would stop. The camera wouldn't turnoff, it would just stop recording... If I choose a different mode, all I would get is the icon on the screen, it wouldn't give me a battery counter or data meter. I have to pull out the battery to get it to work again. If I do pictures, it's fine, but video is a no go.

 

My second camera no longer connects over the Wi-Fi to any device. And the funny thing is,is now the blue LED light comes on. I've had the light turned off since I've had the camera and now it does it on it's own and I can't turn it off.

 

And to add to it all, there are two folders that pop up in the memory card. A 105 folder and a 106 folder. Any thoughts on that?

 

It's a little long winded, but I've been on hold for over an hour and I'm really just looking for some help!
