The links have worked until a while ago. I wonder if anyone knows what is wrong?
Unfortunately, I do not have the movies but I would very much like to download these if it goes ... Help! 😊

I just want to make sure that we're on the same page, are you referring to the videos uploaded to your GoPro Plus cloud storage? Or are you creating a link to your footage or edited videos via Quik for Mobile / Quik for Desktop?
What seems to be the problem with the links? When you visit the links, do you get the preview of your videos?
If you can also provide us the link to one of your videos having issues, we can check further on the details.

Thanks for the update, @ontheroad5152. I tried accessing the link from my end and it appears that it isn't reachable at all. Looks like it is routing us to the Splice website in gopro.com which is no longer accessible.
I just tested out editing a video via Quik for Mobile and created a shared link. The URL is addressed to gopro.com as shown below.
Is the Quik for Mobile installed in your mobile device updated to the most latest version (v5.2.4 for iOS and v5.2.2 for Android)?

The most important thing for me is to be able to download the files to my phone or computer so I can redirect the link from there. Do you think this is possible? There are 20-25 movies from a Italy trip with a motorcycle. Hope it can be solved.

@ontheroad5152, I want to correct myself about what I said regarding Quik for Mobile versions -- I was thinking of GoPro App when I typed the version numbers. Sorry about that. The updated version of Quik for Mobile should be v5.0.3 on iOS and v5.0.5 on Android.
If these links that are no longer working were created before and they just stopped working recently, I reckon this may have something to do with the URL address change. Do you remember editing these videos using the Splice app before?

I got you, @ontheroad5152. Since the Splice app is no longer integrated with GoPro, I'm thinking that this could possibly be causing the problem with these links. Let me go ahead and check for further details with the team in charge to see what our options are. I'll keep you posted as soon as I have any information.
