Mount Stand Replacement

Hello,

 

I have tried calling and using the chat, but have not gotten through. Can someone from GoPro help me get a replacement for my GoPro mount that came with the camera? As I was trying to insert it into one of the given mounts, one side of the clip snapped off. I have had this for less than 2 months.

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with that GoPro. In this situation you would need to get in touch with support directly to see what our team can do. seems like volume is always high based on all the other posts about the chat and phone calls others have reported.. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Chat shows that it's always full.

Can you get in touch with someone at GoPro to reach out by email?
