I replaced my camera and the one I received was faulty, the camera start with malfunctions after 3 months of use (aprox,) I contacted them and after maybe 3 months of testings and steps they idicated to me to do they finally accept to replace it as warranty, BUT, after more than one month they don't want/can return my camera. I already contact them asking when I'm going to receive my camera and the only excuse they said is that they have a "system error" and they cannot see when they are going to send it. they also said they are goint to escalate the issue, and guess what? they didn't.
As soon as I receive my camera (if I ever did) I'm going to cancel my GoPro Plus.
It is very dissapointing...!
