Missing order

I made an order @Nov 23, 2018, the order number is RW00168859.  However, I still haven't received the package until now.  I can't even track the order status online.  I have tried the call the customer support line more than 20 times but can never successfully get in touch with any support.  The online chat is always in unavailable status as well !!!!!! Please can anyone suggest how can find where is my order?!
