Hi GoPro community,,,
Bit lost here hence I've resorted to the GoPro forums for some desperate help.
I recently bought a new GoPro Black 7, I used the trade-up scheme for one of my old GoPros which I sent off and got £100 off my order value directly with GoPro.
Payment was taken and the order took a long time to process. I contacted GoPro on sales support chat and they advised me that my order had been cancelled and I now needed to re-order with a 25% discount code? Of course, I've now sent my old, but working GP to them so I'm without camera and 25% off is actually worse off than the £100 trade up scheme.
Anyhow - I've contacted them several times using the contact form and also on chat and am simply pushed around in circles.
I've been a lenghty owner of GoPros for several years and this recent episode is really leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth,
Can anyone else advise as I really just want to crack on with GoPros, but out of sheer principle I am reluctant to purchase one now as my perfectly working GP is now in the GP museum so I need to shell out on a new camera - hope you can see my plight?
Has anyone had a similar experience and can you advise on resolution.
