Mi hero 7 black no carga imágenes 4K en iPhone 8 [ New ]

Tengo una cámara hero 8 y un iPhone 8.
Me tendría que cargar las imágenes de 4K pero no me las carga. No lo entiendo?
Me podrían decir porque pasa...
