Mi cámara no enciende [ New ]

Mi cámara no enciende y no carga. Es una Hero 3+. Ya intente con otra bateria pero parece ser que ese no es el problema. Al momento de conectarla no enciende ningún foco rojo. Podrían ayudarme?
