Max footage is blurry [ New ]

Just bought the max and after saving and downloading to my iMac, the footage looks very blurry.

Hello @johnnyr6451. Is the image quality issue observed for 360 media or the ones captured via HERO mode? How were the media imported to your Mac? It is important that the camera is updated to the latest version, and that it uses a recommended SD card. 

A new firmware for the MAX was just released today. We recommend doing a manual update following the steps under Manual Update here. Once the update is done, try recording again and observe the resulting image and audio quality. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Thank you. The footage was in 360 mode. Not sure about the sd card and will download the update as well.
