Max does not connect to Samsung A50 [ New ]

It's been 45 days with my Max and Samsung A50 so far.
Out of these days, I could only connect for about a week.
Please find a solution!

Hello @africamarc. Please also see the system requirements for 360 Support in the GoPro App. Keep in mind that, particularly on Android, other factors present on the device can affect performance, even when recommended hardware requirements are met.

Hi @africamarc,

Please clear your phone's Bluetooth settings. 

Reset your camera or reset your camera's connection settings https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Reset-the-Camera-s-Wi-Fi-Name-and-Password. 

If you don't have any photos or videos on the app you can uninstall then reinstall it. 

You should be able to pair it again after doing that.

Well, I removed the Max from Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, cleared the App cache and restarted the Max and phone.
It finally worked, but it took several minutes with the connection logo turning...
I hope it will last.
I could control the Max, capture a new video, view it, download it to the App and edit it, so it seems to be working as expected.
Is was this way already a month ago. Time will tell if it continues working.

Please keep on updating the firmware of your camera as well @africamarc

Just in case you receive an app update, you might have to do it again.

It seems that I may need to clean everything again for App or Max updates.
It also looks like I need to kill the app when trying to connect to the Max every other day, even though no update was applied.
I hope this will improve before I'll be using my Max extensively in May.
