Max GB Size Micro SD - GoPro Hero 9 [ New ]

Dear GoPro, and GoPro users,

I am looking for a new Micro SD card for my GoPro Hero 9.
But I don't know what the maximum GB size is accepted by the new GoPro.
I want to go as big as possible, 1TB, 512GB, or 256GB.
Which size is the biggest one that the GoPro Hero 9 accepts,

or is that also depending on the kind of micro SD card?

Looking forward hearing from you guys, so I can make the purchase!

I'm currently running Hero 9 firmware v1.22 with a SanDisk Extreme PRO (UHS-1 U3/ V30) A2 400GB - SDSQXCZ-400G-GN6MA

With no issues to report.

I checked the HERO9 Black user manual (page 8) and found that it supports up to 256GB microSD cards.

However, the URL below states that a microSD card of 256GB or more is also recommended.
