Mail de confirmation non envoyé

Bonjour, 

 

J'ai passé une commande hier soir sur votre site et depuis je n'ai pas reçu de mail de confirmation pour m'indiquer vos modalités de livraison et le statut de ma commande.

If the order has successfully gone through, you will get an order confirmation with the Sales Order number. Can I please have the Sales Order number for reference so we can check?

Bonjour ,

 

je recontre actuellement le meme problème , j'ai passé commande ce matin sur le site gopro j'ai été debité sur paypal neanmoins je n'ai recu aucun numero de commande ni aucun mail de gopro la seule information que je dispose est un numero de transaction .

 

impossible de joindre la hotline gopro fr depuis ce matin

 

comment faire pour resoudre le problème ?

Yep same here, went through the whole process to order accessories, it took funds from  my card but returned me to the checkout page without confirmation or any email.

 

somethjng seriously wrong with this company that has multiple complaints about a poor online payment system and customer service. For such a great product this is embarrassing

j'ai deja appelé et ils ne trouvent pas ma commande par contre j'ai bien été debité de mon compte en banque par paypal .
 
domage que le service client ne soit pas a la hauteur de la qualité des produits que vous vendez ..
