Made an order, no email confirmation, no 'track'?

Hi!

So i made an order today on the go pro site, I pressed the continue to payment button, and I did not get any page to say that the order had been confirmed, I just got taken to a 'your basket is empty' page.

I have yet to recieve an email confirmation and can not see the order on the track page (I know it may be too soon to track it, however I was just ensuring that the order had gone through).

The money has come out of my avalible balance however.

Im just wondering if anyone has had any issues, and when I should expect to recieve an email confirming this.

You will need to reach out to our Support Team directly to make sure that the order did go though. They are the ones that will be able to check on that for you. https://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus

I have tried the chat numerous times and the button won’t work. I can’t call as I work.
