Hi! I am from the Bacolod City, Philippines. I bought my Hero 5 in USA last 2016 during my intership. I always use it using the case that comes with it. Just yesterday, I used it while I am surfing. After that, I turned on my go pro and it won't turn on. I noticed that there is a water inside the camera and I quickly removed my battery and SD Card. I didn't charged it as well since I am afraid that it will worsen the damage. They say that there are no service centers here in our city and I should just contact gopro support. Please help me. Really hoping for a reply/ solution. Thank you so much!

GoPro has a phone and chat support for warranty call or chat with them. Their options can be told there. As long as you have the bill and within the warranty you have no problems if covered, and if it is an extended warranty. gopro.com/contactus on the website.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @hardydusk87844. This is definitely not an experience that we would like you to have. So long as all camera doors are closed, the HERO5 Black is waterproof down to 10m (33ft) without a housing.
