No, your reported issues has nothing to do with @abhilashsaif reporting, " I cannot place any order on their website since May 2019. As soon as I click the button to place the order, page refreshes again." You, @grayriver61176 , are having billing verification issues. This is also not the same as most of the reported issues in this post, however, it's also not the same thing that @abhilashsaif is reporting.

Literally hundreds of thousands of items are processed through the gopro.com website every quarter. Considering this, the very few complaints listed here is relatively minuscule. I understand the personal frustration, and I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues, but just because you, and a few others, are having problems, don't mistakenly think that this is an intrinsically systemic problem. It's not.

I have been having the same problem for months I have escalated to management through LinkedIn. GoPro filipino support keeps sending "rest assured" crap emails and have still not fixed their shopping cart. I am a GoPro Plus member and cannot place an order to take advantage of the discount. I am discussing legal options due to deceptive advertising of the GoPro Plus program and then not letting me place the order and take advantage of the discount advertised to the members. However they have no problem billing me for the subscription. Judge will decide. see you in court GoPro. $2000 for a attorney to go to a hearing, is more expensive than just fixing the issue.

No worries @futureal you can get off your knees and unclasp your hands. I am not a GoPro employee or affiliated with them in any way other than my participation here on the support forum. Thank you for best wishes and prayers; however, you can save them for yourself.
