MANY PROBLEMS, NO LIVE SUPPORT

Trying to get a hold on them but chat doesn't work and phone nobody answer (3 calls and one of 1 hour wait). My gimbal is not stabilizing since the last 2 updates and I recently had a really HARD TIME with SD cards, tried 3 different ones, all class 10 and keep getting errors. Last of all I completely lost one hour footage of skateboarding because of corrupted files, but while skateboarding the camera was recording and saving all. Hope somebody call me from Support. All my gear is up to date and I followed the instructions and read all about the possible issues... I have no idea what to do now.

Thanks for the update.  While I can't definitively say it's your SD cards, there is a very good chance that they are causing the issues.  It's hard to get past the cards when trouble shooting as 99% of GoPro camera issues seem to come down to this.  The only Lexar cards you should be using are the 633X and 1000X.  For best results, you should use one of these cards https://gopro.com/help/articles/Block/microSD-Card-Considerations

Specifically, what three cards have you tried (make/model/size/class)?

Hi @danielr15, thanks for the help. One is called "Team" which I believe is not well known, but it's a class 10, speed 500x 64gb. Tried as well one Lexar High Speed, Class 10, 32gb and another Lexar same specs with 64gb. The lexar 32gb is the one I got the corrupted files.

As far as your Karma Grip,

Try resetting the Grip and then perform a calibration. Hopefully that will help.
