Low Power - Camera Turns Off? [ New ]

Hi guys,

Experiencing a HIGHLY frustrating issue with the 9.
Battery gets to around 25-30% and it just keeps powering the Camera off because of "Low battery" - even in the middle of recording, it'll just stop and power down?

I turn it back on, still at 25-30%, record for another 30seconds to a minute, and same issue again?

Anyone know what could be causing this, or how to stop it?

What version is the camera on?

See if re-flashing the software will help. Follow the manual update steps on https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero9-black

If it's still the same, please reach out to our Support Team through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs to have this checked further.

Updated the software recently, but haven't ran the batteries low enough.
Will update soon :)
