Lost package, more than month and no answer[ New ]
After successfully contacting your Suppport Team, I have been assured that the solution will come in one to two days. It has been MORE THAN TWO WEEKS. Still no response. Since the order had been placed on 17 september, I am starting to get upset and I am a very patient person. I just want the camera or all money back, is that so hard? I am begging to ask myself if someone should look into this kind of treatment.
