Can you post a clip to youtube for verification?

 

Yo can try updating your camera's firmware by following the instructions here

Also check to make sur eyou are using a recommended memory card for your camera

Hi @jesusa77705,

 

Sorry to hear about the audio issue on your HERO7 Silver camera. Is this happening on all of the videos recorded using your camera? Or it only occurs when recording using a specific resolution / setting?

 

You may perform a manual firmware reinstallation to see if that will resolve the problem. Follow the manual update instructions specified on this article: https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/software-update-instructions-for-hero7-cameras

 

If you continue to have issues with the audio on all of your videos after the update reinstallation, please upload a sample raw / unedited footage to your Dropbox or Google drive and let our Support team know so they can help you with the next steps. You may reach them by phone or chat.
