Lineas verticales en Display [ New ]

Hola. Compre la GoPro 6 Black, en el display aparecen lineas transparentes en el display, no salen en las fotos ni los videos pero es molesto al usar la camara, que puedo hacer?

The transparent line is normal. This appears depending on the mode the camera is set into. For example, when the camera is set to photo mode, you get the full screen, same as when you have the camera in video mode at 1440 p (where the lines appear on the sides instead).

Hola, estas lineas no son normales, el display deberia estar limpio mostrando la imagen sin ninguna interferencia, por favor revisar las imagenes.

Foto 1 (lineas transparentes)

Foto 2 (Las lineas rojas resaltan las lineas trasparentes de la imagen)

Estas lineas son molestas en el momento de hacer las imagenes o los videos, por favor revisar el problema.
