LCD bleeding in front screen

[ New ]

Hello

I got my Hero7 Black at Christmas and have just taken it skiing.  After a week of regular use the front LCD screen has developed what looks like pixels bleeding from the bottom corner.  I'm not sure what has caused this (could possibly be moisture), although the camera was never dropped or submerged in water.  The screen is still readable but my concern is that this may get worse with time so I wanted to check now with the camera only being a couple of months old.

Is damage like this covered under a standard warranty?

Thanks

Steve

Hi @snowyjump24748 and

@royalgorge60680,

Have you tried letting it rest for at least a day and then install a new firmware manually?

If that won't work try to get in touch with our customer support team via phone or chat.
