I read most of the problem reports that have no solution, while on hold for 55 minutes for tech support.. Then the tech comes on and I can only understand about 30% of the words she is saying -- muffled and garbled and breaking up! Started going thru troubleshooting and after maybe three minutes, the connection is droipped... Either she hung up on me or some cosmic ray hit my iphone nad caused it to drop the call. I'm beyond irritated.
