I have 2 computers running Windows 10 both running at 64 bit. The computer that is about 5 years old running win 10 has no problem seeing my gopro 5 but my newer system does not. I tryed connecting on 2 older systems one was XP and the other was win 7 and had no luck at all. The windows 10 system that works with my gopro was donated to my Wife so I hate to bug her when I want to transfer files. Besides that computer is real slow. The newer win 10 computer was able to see the go pro one time and it showed up in exsplorer. I was able to drag the files from there to my desktop without any trouble. I have tryed about 20 times now and just dont see anything in exsplorer or device manager. No MPT at all anywhere. I have never had so much trouble accessing media files

If you haven't yet, please try the steps on Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows
You can also try this: go to Device Manager> Find GoPro> Select "Disable" then "Enable"
If it's still the same, please reach out to our Support Team through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs
Thanks!
