International order to the US? HELP

This is the second time I have tried to buy the hero 8 black. I live in Canada and I am trying to buy it from Canada and ship it to the family I have in the states for a Christmas present. I am on the US go pro website. Support is not able to tell me what the issue is with my order, they just tell me to order it again. I have tried two different credit cards and a PayPal acc. I'm hoping someone here will be able to help.
