Impractically slow uploads

I'm new to GoPro products. I shot some film this morning with my new Hero9 Black.

There appears to be no way to connect the GoPro successfully with Windows 10 and download the files directly. So my only option appears to be upload to cloud, then download from cloud. The only problem is upload to cloud takes an insanely impractical long time. I'm not impatient. This is just way way too long.

I am correct that this my only option for a Windows 10 & Hero9 Black user?

Re: Impractically slow uploads

@daringpeak8274 - You have a couple of options. One is to remove the SD card from the GoPro and connect that card to your computer directly using an SD card adapter. Another is to pull the content directly from the camera once the camera is connected to your computer using the USB-C cable. For more information on doing this, see the "Manually with File Explorer" section here.

That article has some other methods too that may work for you. Thanks.
