Lately, I've been having trouble importing my videos. The firmware is up-to-date with version 2.6, my camera is on and connected to my Macbook Pro while the Quik app is running, but the video files won't import. When it tries to or when I select "IMPORT FILES", it will start then automatically stop with the message "IMPORT CANCELED". No matter how many times I turn the camera on and off, restart the app, reconnect the camera, the files will still not import. Before this last recording I did tonight, I reformatted the memory card from the camera last night and still have this problem. Is anyone else having this issue?

Is your Quik for Desktop app also updated to the latest firmware version? A new update for Quik has just been released. See if updating Quik resolves the issue. Please let us know.

Thank you for the ocnfirmation. Which camera model are you using? Do the video files share the same resolution settings? Does your computer still have enough memory space for new files? Have you tried redefining the location of where the files will be imported? Please try this and let us know how it works for you.
