[ New ]you recieved a email, there is a PDF file RMA1Z.......... open it, print it and Must go inside your box.
like said write on the Label say the top of it that RMA number Big. and as well the case number.. my suggestion take a photo of it all, what is inside & outside , you can if want place a clear pkg invoice on the outside. GoPro has insured, given a tracking number and requires a signature at the dock.
A return has been set up for you!
Attached you will find a prepaid shipping label, commercial invoice (if applicable), and an RMA form which lists the items we are requesting be sent to our facility for review.
Please follow these 3 steps:
- Print out the shipping label, commercial invoice, and RMA form.
- Package the items listed on the RMA form securely into a package, along with the form itself. (Please send ONLY the items that are listed on the RMA form. For example, if you are sending a camera, do not send the housing, battery, or other accessories unless otherwise specified).
- Affix the prepaid shipping label and commercial invoice to your package and take to your nearest drop off point. We recommend obtaining a drop off receipt. Alternatively, you can contact UPS to schedule a pick-up time at your home or office (please note that you may incur an additional fee for pick-up service).
Important notes:
- An RMA number must be on the outside of the package (referenced on the prepaid label)
- We cannot be held liable for the return of any items not listed on the RMA form
- Do not hand deliver your product to the RMA facility, even if you are local. These locations are not set up to receive visitors.
Once your return has been received and processed, a replacement order will be shipped. We appreciate your patience through this process.
