Image Blur - Hero 4 Silver [ Edited ]

Hi,

My video and images taken using Hero 4 Silver is blurry, especially around brighter areas

I didnt had this problem before. 

Need help, is it a faulty lens or settings issue. 

As i'm not a photographer by any means, i tried changing to different settings but it still remains the same. 

I've attached this image for sample (there are other worst but above 5mb size limit) 

Need help as i've ran out of options.

It's your camera in a case when these pictures are taken? I had this happen with my Original Hero HD and thought there was something wrong with the camera. Turned out the glass on the case was scuffed causing the blur.

If the camera was out of the case, get some lens cleaner and a lint free cloth and see if cleaning the lens helps. The right side of the picture looks in focus so I don't think your lens is out of alignment.
