If I were New this is what I do first:
Research contact Sales, talk, chat, Happy next step.
Contact Support, happy next step.
Read and ask questions on the community, Happy.
Then you will be a proud owner of a camera.
Since most here don't do that you see all the issues in the world.
Don't worry no one reads posts here they come on with their issues and move on.
