IPAD PRO 2018 IPadOS 13.13

I have a 3 generation Ipad Pro and I can't connect my GoPro Hero 7 black via USB-C, my camera charges battery but the content on the iPad is not displayed.

Any idea?

This video shows that the connection is possible, also on the official Apple website it is specified that the iPad PRO 2018 connects with cameras and multiple devices via USBC.

Hi @joaquínp8167

We recommend using the GoPro App for viewing/transferring GoPro files.

See https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-View-Copy-and-Delete-Media-Using-the-GoPro-App/ta-p/388290 for reference.

Thanks!

I use the devices you have listed and it works well.  I plug both in, open up the photos app on the ipad, turn on the gopro, and an Import options shows up in the lower right hand of the app.  Works 100% of the time.

Generally when I have connectivity issues with any of the newer Apple devices computers ipads etc its been due to the type c or thunderbolt connection dongles. I would suspect if you are not using a actual Apple type c thunderbolt dongle and some cheap generic Type C cable that is most likely your problem.
